Offerings

I offer one-to-one treatments and group sessions in person and online. They last around around an hour.

One-to-one treatments start with a consultation to explore the changes you are seeking and establish the most suitable sound treatment for the session.

Vocal healing techniques use the structure and rhythm of scales and healing intervals and the energetic power of seed sounds (Bija Mantra). These simple and powerful practices help to bring the mind, body and emotions into harmony and the energy centres back into balance.

Voicing with others tunes into and strengthens our collective resonance which further enhances the sound meditation experience.

Sound bath meditations are a lovely introduction to the experience of healing sound. I use a range of instruments in addition to my voice. Just as important as the sound is the silence which surrounds it. It gives us the space to absorb and begin to integrate the healing vibrations we have received.

  • 'I do love the way your voice and the resonance of the tuning forks helps me pay attention, inwards and outwards at the same time. That, together with the frame that you put around your work - focus and intention - definitely brings a new, more whole, opportunity for change. Thank you for being there, and for the work you do so beautifully.’

  • ‘These sessions are taking me into a new place - part of a journey...my leg and groundedness is even better since that session and my foot is barely hurting at all!’

    — Gilly

  • I came away from yesterday’s sound therapy feeling privileged to have had your attention, your focus[, your power] for that time, which for me was timeless seeming. I also had the feeling of being out of myself, not there in some way. Thank you and I greatly look forward to the next’
